My Story

Robbyn Little

I have struggled with health issues all my life. In fact, I didn’t know I could feel good and I thought that was normal.

It was a wake-up call for me, after I left the doctor’s office. Realizing that if I wanted more answers and better results in my health, then I had to find a new and better way.

My journey began by reading books, following prominent health practitioners on social media and asking around. This opened a door to a whole new world that felt a bit overwhelming, but I persevered.

Shortly thereafter, someone recommended a Functional Medicine doctor to me. The next day I immediately called and made an appointment. I didn’t know what to expect but once I got there, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of questions I was asked and the subsequent labs I was put through. I actually began to have hope.

Within one year, my health had completely turned around and I felt good for the first time in my life! All this without drugs; just nutrition and supplements. It wasn’t a quick turn around as it had taken years for my health to get to the place it was, but it did turn around! I experienced and realized the value of nutrition and supplements which was all new to me at this level.

As I began to take an interest in functional nutrition, I soon realized the important role nutrition plays in our health.

My story was born out of frustration, determination and hope that there was a way to get healthy. I am so thankful I pursued my quest. My own health journey spurred me on to get certified in Functional Nutrition and to become a coach because of what it has done for me.

I truly believe, all of us can benefit from functional nutrition and learn to understand food as medicine.

I am moving in my passion and calling when I partner with people on their journey to get healthier!
